Je suis une travailleuse indépendante ukrainienne, récemment arrivée en France après avoir fui la guerre. Je suis en cours de demande de protection temporaire et je cherche un logement stable pour 4 à 6 mois. Je n’ai pas encore de documents administratifs français (avis d’imposition, inscription, garant), ce qui complique ma situation. Je ne parle pas encore français, mais je suis fiable, autonome financièrement, et très motivée à m’installer dans un environnement calme. Pour rassurer, je peux payer jusqu’à 6 mois de loyer à l’avance (hors charges), dès la signature du bail. Les charges seront réglées séparément, en fonction de la consommation réelle. --- I’m a Ukrainian freelance professional, recently arrived in France after fleeing the war. I’m currently applying for temporary protection and looking for stable accommodation for 4 to 6 months. I don’t yet have French administrative documents (tax notice, registration, guarantor), which makes things harder. I don’t speak French yet, but I’m financially autonomous, reliable, and very motivated to settle in a peaceful environment. To compensate, I can pay up to 6 months of rent upfront (excluding utilities) upon signing the lease. Utilities will be paid separately, based on actual usage.
